Valves from RSG - Made in Germany
Valves Made in Germany
Valve technology from Germany for industrial applications
When it comes to industrial valves, it’s not just the product that matters. Design, material selection, manufacturing, and adaptation to the specific application must all work together. This is exactly where RSG comes in.
We develop and manufacture valves made in Germany for a variety of industrial applications. Our product portfolio ranges from plastic and metal valves to coaxial valves and control valves, as well as PriWO refrigeration valves and other fittings.
We combine in-house development and manufacturing in Germany with more than 40 years of experience in valve technology. Since 1996, we have been operating under a certified ISO 9001 quality management system.
For our customers, “Made in Germany” therefore means more than just the origin of a valve. What matters most is the combination of technical expertise, in-house design and manufacturing, and the ability to tailor valve solutions to specific requirements.
Why Valves Made in Germany Are Attractive for Industrial Applications
An industrial valve is often a small component of a much larger machine or system. Nevertheless, its function can have a decisive impact on the process.
That is why a valve must be suited to the actual operating conditions.
The medium, pressure, temperature, flow rate, material, actuation method, and installation configuration can determine which valve technology is suitable for a given application.
For mechanical engineers, plant designers, and technical buyers, there are also other issues to consider:
- Is the valve technically suitable for this application?
- Are different materials available?
- Can an existing design be modified?
- Is there support available for the technical design?
- How can the valve be integrated into the design?
- Can a custom variant be implemented?
- Is it also possible to arrange for recurring, ongoing supply?
- What options are available for special requirements?
At RSG, these areas are closely intertwined. Development, design, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics together form the foundation for valve solutions made in Germany.
Development and Manufacturing of Valves in Germany
Our valves are not based exclusively on existing standard designs. RSG has its own technical development and design department.
Our design department uses 3D CAD to develop valves for a variety of industrial applications. In doing so, we draw on existing valve designs and a modular system.
This allows for different approaches to finding the right solution.
A suitable standard valve is already available for many applications. If requirements differ, existing valve designs can be adapted, or components can be combined as needed.
If such a configuration is not sufficient, more advanced, customer-specific valve solutions can also be developed.
Manufacturing takes place at our facility in Germany. This allows us to directly integrate technical development with the implementation of the valve solution.
This creates a seamless process, from the project brief through the design phase to the finished industrial valve.
What Advantages Do RSG Valves Made in Germany Offer?
Industrial customers don't just need as many valve variants as possible. They need a solution that fits the specific technical application and the procurement process.
Our combination of development and manufacturing in Germany provides a broad foundation for this:
- More than 40 years of experience in valve technology
- Development and Manufacturing in Germany
- ISO 9001-certified quality management system since 1996
- Design with 3D CAD
- a broad portfolio of various valve technologies
- modular system
- customizations
- Different materials and actuation methods
- Solutions for Standard and Special Requirements
- in-house warehousing
- ERP-Supported Manufacturing and Delivery Processes
- Customized logistics solutions and framework agreements
The modular system, in particular, plays an important role when it comes to meeting individual requirements.
Not every deviation from the standard requires a completely new design. Existing designs and components can be used as a technical foundation and adapted to meet the specific requirements.
Valves Made in Germany for Various Applications
The requirements for industrial valves vary considerably. That is why RSG offers a variety of valve types, materials, and operating principles.
Our portfolio includes, among other things, plastic valves, metal valves, coaxial valves, control valves, and PriWO refrigeration valves as well as other fittings.
For plastic valves, for example, various body materials such as PVC, PTFE, PVDF, and PP are available. For metal valves, depending on the series, materials used include brass and various types of stainless steel.
The product portfolio also includes valves with a variety of operating and actuation principles. Depending on the product group, these include directly controlled, servo-controlled, force-controlled, and externally controlled valves, as well as solutions actuated by pneumatic or electric motors.
The best combination depends on the specific application.
Our valve solutions are used in a variety of industrial sectors. These include, among others:
- Mechanical Engineering
- plant engineering
- chemical engineering
- Food Technology
- medical technology
- Gas Technology
- vacuum technology
- Refrigeration Technology
- Other industrial applications
The industry alone is not the decisive factor here. When designing valves, we consider the specific technical requirements.
Standard valve or custom valve solution from Germany
Valves Made in Germany do not necessarily have to be special-purpose valves.
If an existing standard design meets all requirements, there is no reason to create unnecessary technical complexity.
The situation is different when the medium, material, actuation method, installation space, or valve function impose specific requirements.
This is where our modular system comes into play. We can draw on existing valve technologies and components and determine how to derive a suitable configuration for the specific application.
Only when these options are insufficient does a more extensive special solution become relevant.
This approach combines standardization and customization: Proven technical principles are used where they are appropriate and adapted where the specific task requires it.
This is particularly interesting for machinery and plant manufacturers who not only need a valve solution on a one-time basis but also want to use it on an ongoing basis in their own products.
Valve manufacturer specializing in design, manufacturing, and logistics
The technical development of a valve is only part of the task.
Particularly for mass-produced machines, a valve solution must be available for the long term and capable of being integrated into existing processes.
RSG therefore integrates development and manufacturing with other processes at its German facility.
Our ERP system supports the planning and organization of manufacturing and delivery processes. We also maintain our own inventory.
For regular needs, customized logistics models and framework agreements can also be arranged.
For machine and plant manufacturers, this not only allows them to tailor the technical valve solution, but also to organize future supply in accordance with their specific needs.
We do not view a valve solely in terms of its initial delivery; rather, for recurring applications, we also take into account the requirements for future procurement.
