• to act responsibly so as not to endanger the safety and health of employees or the environment. Every employee is jointly responsible for safe behavior in their working environment. Managers are obliged to support employees in fulfilling this responsibility.
• promote preventive health protection for employees by designing workplaces and work processes accordingly, as well as through information and training.
• to provide regular training for employees on aspects relevant to environmental protection and occupational safety.
• to avoid identified environmental risks in the future through continuous optimization of processes. Every employee is obliged to immediately eliminate identified risks to the environment and/or occupational safety or to arrange for their elimination.
• by complying with environmental laws and going beyond legal requirements, minimizing our environmental impact by using new technologies and processes, and continuously improving our environmental protection efforts.
• to observe environmental requirements when developing new products.
• to use the available natural resources consciously and to avoid or reduce waste.
• to continuously inform our workforce, our customers, our suppliers, our service providers, as well as the relevant authorities and the interested public about our environmental protection goals and activities.
• to involve our suppliers, service providers, and contractual partners in our efforts to better protect the environment.
• Encourage every employee to contribute to the achievement of the specified environmental and quality objectives by acting in an environmentally conscious and appropriate manner when performing their duties.
